After adding the registration to cart, you will be prompted to fill out the form. You will be sent an order confirmation email after purchase. If you do not receive the email please contact us. You may print or show us a copy from your phone of the email as proof of purchase.
If you are registering for multiple people please be aware that you are signing for each participant you list and responsible for your group. Please make sure you speak to each individual and they give their consent for you to be signing the release waiver for them. We may ask your group to each sign a release waiver at the event.
