Programs
We connect our members with programs specifically designed for people living with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers. Some of these programs are not run by PAGDB, but we are proud to share them with our community.
Movement Is Medicine
For people living with Parkinson's disease, exercise is one of the most powerful tools available. Research increasingly shows that regular physical activity can be just as impactful as medication in managing symptoms and slowing progression. Many notice improvements in balance, gait, strength, flexibility, tremor control and mood. The mind benefits just as much as the body and our programs try to incorporate mindfulness and enhance overall well-being.

The programs below have been carefully selected because they are specifically designed for the Parkinson's community. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson's for years, there is something here for you. Start where you are, move at your own pace and know that every step counts.
