Our Story
The Parkinson Association of Greater Daytona Beach (PAGDB) was founded in 2004 by a small group of community members and caregivers who support people with Parkinson's and recognized the need for a dedicated local resource in the Volusia and Flagler County area.
What began as a small support group has grown into a comprehensive organization offering resources, programs, monthly educational meetings and an annual community walk. Many programs are offered free of charge or at minimal cost to participants.
Our Mission
The Parkinson Association of Greater Daytona Beach is dedicated to enhancing, supporting and improving the lives of individuals and families affected by Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders in the Volusia/Flagler area by providing access to high-quality, comprehensive resources, programs and services, as well as, innovative community partnerships.
